Smile Two Amp's on standard battery?

Hi Guys

If I wire some 6x9 speakers on the rear shelf to this setup (will be a custom made shelf):

http://audiovisualworld.co.uk/shoppi...--package-deal

And then run a JBL CS60.4 amp to power the two JBL component setups in the front and rear doors, will it drain my battery like the Mrs drains my bank account?

I've heard talk of 'upgraded batteries' and 'power caps', neither of which I have ever entertained before.

Any ideas chaps?

should be fine on those mate as long as you dont run for long durations without the engine running

thing to be carefull of is voltage dropping bellow 11 can damage the amps but components wont draw masses so shouldnt bounce the voltage to much

if your due a replacement battery, get to europarts, they do the boosch super blues for about £50 for the subarus, never can be too careful.

also, upgrade your earths with some 4 gauge, its a simple job that has noticable gains. if say you have lots of electrics on, and then push the window switch and you see your lights dim, you know your drawing lots of power, upgrading earths can help solve this.

It should be fine but sound crap, 6x9's should be relegated to the bin of life! Amp the front components, leave the rear door speakers running off the H/U for rear fill and contemplate a sub.

Remember that sound should always come in front of you, never behind
