Anyone using these things? Can be bought for 150quid and less....Cheap for a reason?

I had one a few years back & it was locked to certain regions on the dvd player I later found out

It's pure luck whether you get a decent one or not. I've had mine for two years and is still going strong so far, but others have had them die on them in weeks/months.

The one im looking at comes with a years warranty and a UK seller....May take a punt to keep the kids happy..

Just make sure that it's not just a return to manufacturer warranty though (if that's part of your decision to buy), as if it is then it won't be worth anything as the UK seller will have probably bought them in bulk to flog on, and any probs and he'll tell you to send it back to China...

Had one in my last car and the Right audio channel kept dropping out.
Went back to a standard Pioneer HU and worked perfect.

Just done a little research.....Buying from ebay you only get a years warranty but buying straight from the manufacturer you get 2 years!

............also, some info ive read say that some ebay sellers buy up the faulty units! Think ill give ebay a miss and go straight to the source.

But surely if a seller on ebay bought loads of dodgy ones, then he'd soon get loads of dodgy feedback?
