Guys I'd like to install some ice this weekend, could somebody please advise on a suitable ground point please, car is a jdm bug sti.

Also am i right in thinking I can ground 2 amps on the same point if i use a distribution block?

Do it right: Battery -ve. Or run a thick lead from -ve to a distribution block.
