UniQs do use crossovers.

Unfortunately, they stopped making them for car use quite a few years ago - shame, as they're top home speakers. I run Q35s at home which I still like - but I wouldn't recommend ripping the drivers out of the cabinets and putting them in the car as it's a) expensive and b)pointless because they won't like the life in a car

Good point...
Ok "Tannoy Style"!!!. Full range.

I had a small set of home UniQ's that I fed with a top end system. On Very good stands they where great.

Cheers

Pioneer do some (about £60), as do the other mid-range brands like Sony, Kenwood etc. or - better - Boston, MBQuart and Rockford Fosgate. You're after the co-axial ones really, which use a capacitor in-line with the integral tweeter as a primitive cross-over. Never as good as the real thing, but generally not too bad...

Try www.caraudiodirect.com .
