hi all,

I'm thinking of getting a car from Japan and one of the extra's fitted is a DVD sat/Nav system.

Is it likely to work in the UK? If not any idea's if it would be expensive to convert or cheaper to buy a UK spec one? Not that I actually need it but as it's a big selling point of the car if it's useless...................

cheers

oh it's the Jap version of Pioneer (carrozzia (sp?)

matt.

Good question. I reckon it will work but not certain.
I'll find out though.

If its the carozza pioneer avic range dvd sat nav, then chances are all it will need is the UK map.

I have a feeling the output of these is consistent with pioneer products across the globe so you will probably get away with it.
