Default Hawkeye stereo replacement

Not having yet got the car yet i've read numerous threads stating the stereo is a bit pants in the Hawkeyes, not only this it doesnt do MP3 CD's.
I'm not into big bangin tunes () but mainly want a bigger storage of MP3 available to play rather than a handful of tracks on a normal CD and i dont have an ipod to CD with MP3 or USB pen drive would be perfect.

So with this in mind and with a budget of no more than £200 i was thinking of :-

http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/jvc-kw-xr811.html

I like the rear USB option as i could fit a pen drive and leave it connected and out of sight. Not really bothered about BT but would be a nice to have.
For ease of installation i'd prefer it to go in the OEM cage, not sure if the one above does that mind.

Any suggestions?

Thanks Tom.
Very interested in the headunit, let me pick the car up on Saturday and see whats what first.
I assume it is setup right to just plug in to the existing loom and switch on/off via the cars ignition?
