hi there, is it easy to replace current stereo with a dvd player, how big is the stereo?

 

Yes it is as its a standard double din size. Just be careful that you dont get one with a drop down lip as I tried one and it wouldnt fit, although mine was a Hawkeye so may be slightly different.

 

a buyeye is easy, just any standard dual din will be fine.

I did one on my blobeye and I'm not technical in the slightest lol! Just needed a wiring loom and then it was a straight swap as they were both double din (new one came with a metal surround that went in with it too).

Should hopefully be as straight-forward as that...

 

hi there, have seen on ebay some 7" dvd head units, imports from usa, china etc... does anyone know if these are ok.
