Hi,

any single din unit should do it just fine. Is there a double height space where the stereo should be then? If so and you dont want a double height (double din) unit, you'll need a pocket or cubby hole to insert above the stereo into the dash.

Kenwood, Sony etc etc all fit - but you use the cage that is already in the car, you won't need the little steel cage that comes with the unit...

look here for some fitting guidance,..

Scooby extras

I have just (over the last couple of days ) fitted a new double din kenwood nav/dvd/phone touch screen gadget and i looks awesome! are you sure you don't want to go the whole hog?

Cheers, My idea was to have half of it a cd player and have three Gauges in a row above it.

Hi

I always go with alpine, it depends on your budget and needs, ie amps, ipod, bluetooth??etc etc
just got d/din for my scooby and that's a jvc and happy with that, mainly due to face being removable but your idea with gauges sounds good!!
