Single Din DVD/Screen Headunit
I picked up a Kenwood KVC-729DVD headunit which came with a hide away control unit and 1 hell of a long harness.
Just wondering where people have mounted the 'hide away' control unit, pics of your setups would be good as well.
I planned to put it in or behind the glove box but I doubt the harness will fit if I coil it up.
Any suggestions ?

I currently have the hide away unit under the passenger seat. its not secured as I just slung it all in to get the radio working as I had a long trip the following day and need summit to listen to.
I plan on fitting to the back of the rear seat in the boot along with the multichanger
Just need to decide on where to put the dvd unit now...

Yeah, I was thinking of putting it under the passenger seat but didn`t know weather it would be safe there, with regards to cooling.
I've seen some pics where people have mounted cd changers under the parcel shelf area in the boot. Just had a look and there`s plenty of space to mount the hide away unit there
The loom should be long enough to reach the boot, I hope, as that would be a good place to mount it.
Already started taking panels off and plan to spend an hour or so on it every night this week until its all in.
