Default Question for those using Ipod connection

Do you leave your Ipod connected to the USB cable and headunit when the car is switched off?
Just wondering whether it chould be disconnected totally as mine seems to be charging ??!

Yeah,my usb lead was feed into the glove box so i just left the ipod in there still connected with no problems.

It depends on your make of system as i have left mine conected with both my Kenwood and the previous pioneer with no problems.
