Sub help needed!

Sub help needed!
As I'm useless.....
Wired in an active sub, run the leads etc. Powered and earthed. Power on @ the sub enclosure.
Works when ignition is on, stops working when engine is turned on.
Ideas?

Sorted now cheers.
Was the remote lead, turned out I shouldn't have followed the instructions and needed to go to ignition live and not the remote wire on the back of the unit as per instructions!
