Bearing in mind what I don't know about car stereos would fill a warehouse (but I know what sounds good!)..

I have a UK300 with the worst stereo ever, it jumps with the slightest bump and also when I turn on the indicators and go around roundabouts!

I want to replace the double DIN with a single, along with a 10+ CD changer, only other thing I would consider is upgrading the speakers. So the burning question, what do you recommend? Assume the budget is reasonable but not limitless! Also what would be the best place to get it/them from? All help appreciated.

Also apologies of this has been done before, but with search down etc..
