Default headunit harness

have got an alpine headunit/ipod player,am I right in thinking that I will need to buy a harness to make connection nice n neat(instead of cutting cables)

does anyone have any links to websites that sell them ?

And you may need an aerial plug adapter - I did when fitting an Alpine to my bugeye.

does anyone know of the size of the front speakers in my 53 scooby wrx front door cards,are they 5.25"

Yes they are, but you can also fit 6.5" replacements just as easily. Mounting depth is a bigger issue - spacers will be required either way. Loads of threads on here discussing this.

where can the spacers be purchased and what depth will they need to be

Corsa adapters are supposed to fit for 5.25" speakers, but making your own with 12mm mdf is the best bet.

You might find some ready made on ebay.
