newage speaker wires - good enough?
i'm wanting to sort out the audio in the scoob, as at the moment its all standard apart from having changed the head unit. took the doors cards off this afternoon to have a look at things, and noticed the wiring looks pretty cheapy. i'm not after mega audio quality - i'm only wanting a fairly good set of components in the front and a set of coaxials in the back. looked at running new cables but the route into the doors (rubber gromit pipe wotsit) looks a pain. is the standard wiring good enough?
my plan is to sort the door speakers, then get a smallish amp/sub package for either the boot or under passenger seat to get some decent bass. nothing OTT, just to give it a nice sound.
cheers

Yeah, standard cables are fine unless you have a lot of (amped) power running through them. Also, fitting new cables is a right pain in the @rse! My scars have nearly healed now though...
I did it, but mainly to tidy things up as i have an amp under the seat and it's neater.
