Exclamation

Has anybody got (and is willing to part with) an Alpine 4350 infra red remote?

Any information that may lead to sourcing one would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Graeme.

Yep, thats' one option but I believe (although I could be wrong) that it is now quite an old unit)

Alpine: 01908 619558. Give 'em a bell, tell them what unit you have, and ask if one of the new series remote controls will work. I would guess that they would, as Kenwood remotes from the mists of time still work with their latest kit. There's no reason to change an IR protocol if it works...

Unfortunately a new unit is no good as it is to fit into one of their 'limited edition' momo steering wheels which has a gaping hole in the middle that the 4350 fits snuggly into. The remote that is currently in the wheel is dead and so I need a replaement.

Thanks for Alpine's number though - I will give them a ring on the off chance they can still supply (or repair).
