STI Speaker Upgrade - Advise Needed!!

Can you help?

I am looking at doing two upgrades to the standard system in my55 Sti but I am unsure where to go.....

Firstly speakers - What is the best type to upgrade to (both front and rear) Is it easy to change them? Where is the best place to buy? What size do I need to ask for? Also does the standard cd/radio allow you to connect a sub?

Secondly - Head Unit - What is the best to change to? If fitting a single head unit how do you fill in the gap??

Id get a really nice set of components for the front and forget about the rear

I'm having a proper build fitted to 05 Spec C on monday consisting of a kenwood ddx 7029 double din H/U,focal K2P components in the front and 2 x JL Audio 8W3 subs built into the floor all powered by a JL Audio 300/4 amp.That is more than sufficent for a 2005 car
