alpine bluetooth and ipod ???
I have just bought a kce-300bt bluetooth kit for the wifes aline head unit, it already has a kca-420i ipod adaptor connected, I'm also about to change the head unit for a current model that is 'ipod ready', does this mean I no longer need the 420i or does this offer any aditional benifit controling the ipod or will I just need a cable once the new unit is in
help appreciated, thanks.

Hi, Ive just fitted an Alpine CDA-9887R does everything. Quality for money is unrivalled, in my opinion. The Bluetooth and Ipod are on seperate leads.
I think you have the right lead for the Ipod.
Check out this model Alpine as I already had a lesser model fitted but you wouldn't think two models could sound so different. So clear and detailed, (could be something to do with 1500Watts RMS added to the boot though) three pre outs too if you are that way minded.
If you phone Alpha Car Audio in Bolton speak to Paul, tell him Mark from Cumbria sugested you ring he should give you a good price.
