I recently bought an 05 STI which came with a stereo system comprising of a subwoofer, amp and Alpine speakers/tweeters. However, one of the front speakers seems to have popped as it makes a very annoying vibrating/buzzing sound whenever there's any bass going through it. I need to replace it and was wondering if I should just buy a new set (they're SXE-1750S speakers/tweeters, cost about £35) or go for something else?

Any advice would be most helpful as I don't know much about this type of thing

 

I got a buzzing in one of my speakers, replaced it and it still buzzed, then found that the door trim was touching the speaker edge (it was out on a spacer) and that was an easy fix. Try it and maybe save yourself £100.
