Hi

After having a look on ebay for head unit ideas I came across loads from hong kong for around the £200 mark including P&P, now I'm not usually one to consider these but they look pretty good and the feedback seems ok, has anyone had any experience with them?

Prevoiusly I was looking at a kenwood but for this price I'm now not too sure.

Any info on these would be welcome.

£300 odd i think (£279'ish or something like that AFAIR). not direct from HK, but from an audio dealer in west london somewhere - ebay username car111976 but doesn;t look like he's trading any more and has obviously upset a few people along the way! mine works fine, but when i replace the car (hopefully with another impreza) i'll go for a better head unit

seen tons of these. You only get what you pay for !! they have cheap transports inside and realy look cheap in the flesh. wouldnt waste my money.

couldn't agree more, hence why i wouldn't buy one again. can't really fault it for the price, but i'm usually a "buy quality so it lasts" sort of person

some of them are fine, its the finishing and quality of the buttons I dont like. Ok for the "high street neds" !
