VDO Stereo - speedvarning function?

Hi there!
I wonder if someone could help me with connecting my VDO Stereo (CD 3300). It´s the speedvarning function i can´t figure out howto connect. Where is the speedometer sensor on the impreza? gearbox?

It's a feed into the ECU. I'll see if I can find the right one.

Look in the back of this manual - if your car is a MY99/00 it will help you find pick u points for various sensors including the speed sensor.

Your three options are amongst others - at the speed sensor itself (see diagrams) , at the ECU and under the dash.
