10" Active sub in 06 STI
Thinking of putting one of these

in the boot of my 06 STI. Where's the best place to get the power cable through to the boot from the battery, any ideas
thanks

There's a large rubber grommet to the right of the firewall that comes out behind the glovebox. Run it through there and then reseal the grommet with duct tape or sealant.
Personally I'd rather have a sub inder the seat, in the same 'air space' as the listeners ears instead of being muffled by seats and relfected by bodywork.

trust me , with one of those you'll hear it wherever you put it!!!!!!!
bass is non directional and the rear seats are thin so you wont lose too much of the oompf
I had a twin 12" version and on full blast it was near impossible to breathe and it moved the hairs on your head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
mount it facing inwards on either side of your boot for maximum air pushage or like mine in the middle of the boot, facing the ski hatch openeing
my thread is in here somewhere - install completed (on page 2)
have a look mate and enjoy your bass!!!
