Im thinking of placing my amp in the spare wheel cavity and covering with mdf/perspex

Is there any probs with the heat generated from the amp not being able to escape?

Cheers

your amp could go into thermal overload if it gets too hot, best bet would be to either vent the perspex

or

put in some computer fans so that you get a push and pull effect from them to circulate air through and past the amp. (best option)

use 2 stinger fans - they will circulate the air
