Default portable dvd for the car.....

Can you guys recommend a system -

2 x 7" tfts
1 seperate dvd unit (multiregion + whatever)

Got to be removable - for the kids to use in seperate cars.

And "no thanks" to those crappy goodmans/matsui things.....

Was looking at the screens with a couple of headrest clamps rather than the horrible straps......

Any suggestions? Got about £150ish to spend Xmas pressie!!

it's double your price but you get 600 quids worth of kit

check out caraudiocentre.com

2 x Pioneer 6.5" screens multi region DVB tuner box PLUS you get a free freeview tv box worth 300 squid

start saving

or directed dv2602 for 70 quid and and two veba av560mb for 130 quid

think you may be hard pushed to find two 7" screens for that price but good luck

We brought a Goodmans one last xmas for £180. It has two 7" screens and a separate unit which I mounted in the boot.

To be honest, it's rubblish, but I cannot expect anything else for that money. I mean its ok, but my main critism is that the audio is too low. I've had to amplify it with a car amp. We have had it replaced twice as it has failed.

If I had more cash, i'd get some good quality screens and a in-dash DVD player.

Hope this helps
