It was green / yellow on my 03 Sti and hooked it up at the ECU. I read on here somewhere regarding fitting in MY05 that this wire was actually in the loom with the stereo wires so may be same on MY06.

Let us know when you find it as I will be installing my sat nav in MY06 sti when it arrives in a few weeks.

Cheers

Neil,
If it's not there Mine is an import yours is a UK car may be slightly different ie. not modded.

The Green and yellow wire is located on ECU (Under Passenger foot plate) at the very bottom plug on the left. Mine had been Cut at the loom and reconnected to a black wire on ECU's Plug Green and yellow cable (speed restrictor mod, IIRC). The Black wire then went off somewhere under the Dash. After some helpful advice from Power station I just connected into that Black wire.

No wiring mod just connect into the Green and yellow

If you require the Reversing cable inside the Car, take the Drivers Door bottom plastic kick plate off and you will see it in big loom by the bottom of the front Door pillar. Think mine was brown and yellow (but just check at your rear light) there is a Plug by the Reversing Lamp. Brown Black goes to Lamp(Bulb) and Brown and towards front of Car.

Tony
