Quite fancying that Harmon Kardon kit myself - yes I know its £90 more than the Kenwood adapter but it is rather nice and won't limit me to Kenwood head units when its time for a change...

The Alpine CDE-9850Ri has full speed connection as Kev said only thing it doesn't have is any CD Changer control but if you are using an Ipod would you want it anyway? It has a lead that plugs into the back and directly into your Ipod, no other box that you have to hide somewhere like using a KCA-420i interface with a AiNet headunit.

More info on www.alpine-europe.com
