I'm thinking of changing the head unit in my STi V for the double din Sony unit available from Graham Goode, has anyone got any fitting instructions for doing this, i.e. How do you get the old one out? what wires need connecting etc etc.

Are there better double din head units available?

I've never done anything like this before, so any help would be appreciated.
