Question will it conect straight in? ? ? ?

i have a 02 scooby and have bought 12 inch sub and amp today and i was just wondering if it will all fit straight into the normal head unit?instead of splashing out on yet more money on a new head unit?

Splash out - even if you go second hand

Reason - if you connect to the standard HU to an amp and Sub you will have louder Sh1te quality music

didnt think the standard head unit had sub pre-outs.
you need a new head unit for your sub.
the scoob is notoriously difficult to get to sound right, over £3.5k later and im still not happy! lol

You could always take a 'speaker level feed from the rears if you're desperate (and if your amp has 'speaker level inputs or you buy a convertor). Shame the rears are in the doors no on the shelf as this will make it a pain to do.

Ideally go with what's been said previously though!
