Classic Doorcard Removal
I'm stuck, I've followed the ICE faq n removed all the parts, (door latch surround, wing mirror triangle piece, window controls, n the hidden screw, the other small screw under the small blank plate, the front popper) but the ****** will not budge. I'm scared im going to break the 'clips' which I cant even see at the bottom of the door anyway, to get it free. Am I missing something? The door card is solidly attached still 
Or is it simply a matter of pulling hard now and seeing what happens?

I think there are 3 screws
1 at the door handle
1 at hidden by a blanking plug
1 where the electric window contol comes out and just pull from the bottom and wiggle it up.
