Front Speakers MY04 WRX
Hi,
Just finished installing 3 Way Kenwood KFC 1738s' in my MY04 WRX. Used 18mm MDF spacer and linked into exisiting wiring loom with male spade crimps (no need to cut existing loom!)
I've ditched the high mounted tweeters as I had these in my Octavia vRS and they were useless!
The speakers are about 58mm deep and I can confirm they don't foul the window or the door card.
Why didn't Subaru do a similar spacer setup to this in the first place? Cheapskates!
