My girlfriends brother wants to buy a single din DVD player head unit that folds out a TFT monitor for a3out £150-£200 off ebay.

Has any body got one of these.

not the same, but I've gone for a cheapo single din player and 2 cheapo screens, and it's just purrrrfic....

Don't be too worried by chepo ones, as they all seem much of a muchness untill you pay mega bucks for suppposed 'high end' gear...

ours is fine.

most of the cheap units are just the same unit from japan but with different name on them

 

too be honest mate the cheap ones will play anything the dear ones are more fussy much like home dvd players go cheap you wont be disopointed

the player I have is badged up as the centurion 899. it's very good indeed and plays anything I've thrown at it so far, r1, r2 no issues.

the bundle deal with 2 screens is still on, but seems a little more expensive now... but still a great deal... £289 for the player and 2 screens. U get a remote control for the player, and a magic eye - so u can have the player in the boot (out of view) and controls it from inside the car.... I can send a couple of pics if u want.
