Default legacy audio

I`ve got a 96 legacy gt arriving next week. Does anybody have any ideas what kind of audio setup works well in a big estate car. I`ve already got a sony cdx-f5500 head unit that i kept from my wrx. Not into cruising around going boom boom. Just want a good smooth hi fi sound.
chris.

My dad has a Leggy 2.5ltr 98, it has the OEM system with OEM component speakers in the front doors(2 way),they sound OK, also has single oem speakers in the rear doors. I'd imagine that if you replaced the OEM stuff with a good named, quality speaker you could get a nice sounding system, also theres LOADS of room in the boot for a small sub, if you require it.

PS Replace the standard head unit with your sony one, it will be a vast improvement.
