Hi Guy's

I've finally got my new headunit I said I was going to install a few weeks ago. Incidentally Empire-Direct titted me about for 3 weeks and I had to cancel the order eventually despite it being in stock - and now I'm getting hassle with my refund. Locostcaraudio.com were superb on the phone and delivered in < 24 hrs.

Anyway its the Kenwood 5080R (£140.) The standard Subaru Phillips unit I just took out has a third connection in addition to the aerial and ISO connector. It looks like an earth that was clipped on to a tab on the back of the unit's case. There is no suitable place to attach this to the Kenwood so what do I do with it?????

Cheers

Ignore it. I did on my 5080 and 3000 miles and two months later no problem.

[Edited to say sorry Taffy, hadn't seen your reply when I posted. I agree.]
