nope. don't get my iPod photo 'til Xmas day

AFAIK, there are two options:-

1. Dension do a generic iPod control for various head units and,
2. Alpine's own iPod controller.

I have a Dension in-car MP3 system just now, but after Xmas I'll be switching to the Alpine controller. Just need to check my existing Alpine HU is compatible.

Main difference is the Dension one treats the iPod as another changer unit, so offers limited control other than the usual forward/back, play, pause, etc..

Seems you need an Ai-Net headunit for the alpine kit.
