Basic Tape machine

I cant get the ******* factory tape machine out my Scooby, I've got the new system waiting to go in, I aint got the pins, anyone got any suggestions ?

is is screwed into the cage on the sides?? mine was and took a while to find them

its a 1999 V reg, so do I have to pull the whole front unit out ?
