Will a set of 6x9 speakers fit into the rear doors of a MY98 WAGON??

I know they won't fit into the front doors without the use of an angle grinder, I didn't try them in the rear ones though

Ive noticed what looks like indents in the rear door panels in my MY00 that looks lke optional speaker holes (but never cut out and replaced with that mesh grill).

Can you get speakers put in them as optional extras?
