Question Kickbuilds for a Classic?

Hi

Does anyone know if kickbuilds are available for a classic (MY95) that will house a 4inch Mid + tweeter.

or knows someone who makes them cheaply.

Cheers
Paul

Its not a stock item, its a hand made process to do something like that.
It takes some hours to make custom builds and they will be labour intensive(ie expensive)
Its worth having a go yourself.

You won't be able to buy them off the shelf, but you should be able to make them. The driver's side has a fair amount of wiring loom and, worse, thick-ish connectors in the kick panel but you should be able to get a 4" in there.

Don't put passives near there. Believe it or not, I got induced noise from the wiring loom in a passive crossover !

I'd build a template front, then get the fibreglass out. I guess you'll be running a 6.5" in the doors? I'd be interested to hear how this sounds...

Cheers,
NIck.

I`ll be running Rainbow Pro 3-ways

6.5in midbass in the door
4in + tweeters in builds if poss.

Can the wiring etc. behind the kick panels be moved easily?

Not terribly easily, as there's not a lot of give in the loom. You shouldn't need to move it if you're only running 4" and tweeters, so take the trim off and have a look
