Question Power for AMP

Have bought a new Amp and planning to install it over the next few days. Was wondering though if I will encounter any problems with the Alarm and imobiliser if i start playing around with the battery ?

Have an MY03 - apologies for the daft question.

Cheers,
Pearcey

I have a MY03 and have had no problems with the battery/alarm, running two Rockford Power Amps.
