Question Which component set tweeters are small enough to fit in the..... ?

Having a pre97 style dash i have no place to put the tweeters like the post 97 dash/interior has. So the obvious place is in the triangle behind the door mirrors. But this is quite tight for space, so which goodish (150 Quid) component set has tweeters small enough to fit. Also preferably without a manufactures logo on them (for stealth install). Maybe like the JBL GTO series.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Hi

I've used the JBL's but got the tweeters on the dash - at the btootm of the pillars. I didn't want them on the doors.

It does make the wiring a little trickey, but it's just about being patient really.

If you're local, pop over and tke a peek.

cheer

I have a MY99 but I still mounted my Focal tweeters on the triangle behind the mirrors. I found that to give the best sound stage.

Exactly what I have just done at the weekend.
Focal 165 A components in the doors and infinity 6502i in the rear shelf, run off a 4 channel amp. Sound is crystal clear. pioneer dehp7600 head unit.

Well pleased for the result after all the effort it took fitting them.
