The buzzing is the plastic sheeting. I removed it from my car and, so far, nothing's fallen apart - after all, the door cards are fully plastic unlike the <MY00, which had some card on the back of the cards.

For dynamat, do the inside of the outer skin of the door as a minimum. It won't stop the rattling, but it will give you more midbass.

will you not get water in the doors without the plastic sheeting? and I have no midbass because it has been dialed out because of the buzzing
from the plastic sheeting
Will ordinary sound deadening do or is it worth 8 times more for dynomat (both look the same to me but one has fancy blue writing on it) ?
TIA
Jamie

I don't get water anywhere without the sheeting...

Soundproofing varies widely on price, and a little bit on effect. I've used most things, and like the NoiseKiller stuff from Steve the Sound Man.
