Speed pulse on MY03 and ECU location.

Can anyone tell me the location of the speed pulse signal on the MY03 WRX? Also which colour wire the parking brake wire connects to off the handbrake? Is the ECU under the carpet? Info needed for a navi install.
Can't find this info on the net anywhere.
