Quick question before I wire up my new Pioneer headunit in the garage.

Got a MY03 sti and the pc-2-4-44 iso adapter, do I connect the blue/white wire from the headunit to the blue/white on the autoleads adapter? Both are bullet connectors and look like they should be connected.

Is this the wire for the aerial amp?

Yep spot on. The blue white on the Pioneer unit is labelled as 'Remote'
