Question

I have been offered an Alpine TDA-7562R head unit for sale with an Alpine multichanger for £180. Is this a good price? Does anyone have one and are they any good?

Your help is needed!!!

Yes sounds like a good buy, make sure you can see it working before parting with cash.

Alpines are very reliable in general but there buttons can work there way loose so check for those.

General second hand buying advice. I don't know much about this unit at all...

As Saj says, check it works. If it's boxed with all the bits, then go for it. Check it's got the cage for the head unit, the cd changer cable and the mounting brackets for the changer.

If it hasn't, ask why not. You may have trouble finding someone willing to sell you a cable, as people don't normally manage to nick these when ripping off someone's car...

If it's chicken soup, sounds like a fair deal.
