Installed a Woodstock 52 a couple of weeks ago, all seemed to be fine and dandy but... went away over the weekend and left the scoob in the garage. First time I needed to use it again was today and the battery was drained.

Is there a known trick I missed while fitting this unit?

Car is Sti8, euro import, fitted using the Blaupunkt Scooby adapter. Car was left from Friday AM to Wed AM, it had a good 70 mile plus run on the Thursday before a trip to the local shops and back on the Friday.

[edit to say, face plate was removed during this period]

Cheers kernel

I would strongly doubt that the radio had anything to do with your flat battery, assuming you were using the iso blocks the only power going to the radio would have been the memory live to keep your radio stations and preferences stored, would take years for that feed to run a battery down

Interestingly the radio does run without the ignition on using the standard ISO converter which did surprise me.
