Has anyone fitted a Sony XS-AW200X sub?

I have fitted a Sony CDX-M1000TF head unit and infinity 605's to my MY02,but the sound wasn't very good. Thinking it would be easy (as I'm a bit of a novice) I have bought a Sony XS-AW200X active subwoofer. The wiring diagrams are not all that clear to a fool like me. Has anyone fitted one of these? Do I need to install a power lead directly to the battery or can I take a power supply from somewhere else?

You need a power lead from the battery, yes. Despite the fact the amp ain't the most powerful, it'll still draw >20A at a guess, which means picking up the feed for something else ain't wise.
Also remember to ground it well.
