You only need to cut a hole big enough for the holding bracket to be screwed on to the base of the binnacle.
The screen itself lies down flat on the base of the holder.

Nice one Alan

How difficult was it to fit and make it look so good.

Very simple to do.

I used a mobile phone bracket, the type that opens and closes like a book.

Cut out a rectangle on the base of the binnacle, spray the binnacle with fleck and then bolt the bracket to both the screen and the binnacle base.

Cheers Alan

I will have to give it a go, but that just sounds to easy! Knowing my luck I would make a right hash of a job.

I have found a 7" TFT touch screen that I can connected up to a laptop so I can use delta dash on it.

The 7" screen will fit in there providing the surround for the screen isn't too big.
