Ok. Baby on way ( well here in 5 weeks ) forces me to sell my ICE.
We are looking at :

Boston Acoustic FS50.

These are boxed , but used. The package contains the main speaker and the tweeter units as well. There are two active crossovers as well. They do sound well , and are well made from a respected American manufacturer.

They cam be loaded with 15-150 watts per channel , and run from 4 ohms.

They have a 5 inch diameter for the main speakers and a fraction under one inch for the tweeters.

Rockford Punch 150 Alpha 2 .

A twin channel amp , capable of 150w.

It can run 37.5 x 2 watts RMS continous power into 4 ohms with less thna 0.05% THD from 20-20khz

It can run 75 x 2 Watts RMS continous power into 2 ohms with less than 0.1% THD from 20-20khz

Its a nice amp that doesnt run silly hot and sounds well.

Twin 12 inch Kicker Impulse Sub.

Mounted in a carpeted MDF shell with wireing outlets on both sides.

The bass can wake the dead , whilst being quite tight.
