Am looking for recommendations for buying a MD / Tuner or Tape / Tuner front end with autochanger perhaps and maybe replacing the speakers - anything is possible.

Like the idea of MD as I have it at home, liked the look / reputation of the Alpine 7755R unit, does anyone have one to give opinion on?

And what would be good replacement speakers for the Imprezas' standard ones? Nothing too fancy, just slot in the existing spaces and be a couple of hundred all in ideally.

Any recommendations appreciated.

Dave - I want to replace the front speakers in my 1994 WRX so if I hear of any recommendations I will let you know.
