I know its not a scoob, but I need help on this one guys.
I have a Xantia and the radio was woking when I got the car but I didn't have the code in the paperwork, A fuse blew and as I was going through trying to locate the duff one, I pulled the radio one. Now the radios ( OEM 3030) prompting for the code .

Don't worry, there plenty of car audio places that can get your radio decoded for you, probably cost around £15 though.

Speak to a Citroen dealer. Most garages have the ability to recover the code from chassis number/reg number.
Failing that, have a look in yellow pages as lots of people can do it.

Yea - Peugeot just took the radio out of mine, got the serial number off the back and put it through the database. Then gave me the code.
Just go in and ask them - cheapest solution.
