FITTING A SUB

Want to fit my sub / amp etc but cant find a decent hole throught to the engine for the battery - can anyone tell me where a good palce is cause there is so much behind the dashboard on my MY95 WRX import!

If you look at the passenger seat footwell, about 6" further up there is a grommet. try to locate this from the engine side (not to difficult to find). Use this to route your power cable to the boot for the amp. Remember to use an In line fuse near the battery.
You will need to run a signal cable 12V for the Amp as well so do this at the same time while the carpet is up and the RCA leads as well.
Keep the RCA,s and the power lead as far apart as possible.
I have my power right beside the doors and the RCA,s down the middle and this seems to work fine.

I had the same problem - in the end I used the same hole as the air con drain pipe uses (a little 'L' shaped pipe you'll see it on the passenger side of the bulkhead in the engine bay. I seem to remember that I had to lift the carpet and pull off the ecu cover to get to it from inside the car.....
