ya need to upgrade ya fronts as a must. I have a 4 channel alpine amp for sale which you can run your fronts off and/or a sub

3 channel mode @ 12V = 2x30RMS + 1x80RMS

3 channel mode @14.4V = 2x50RMS + 1x120RMS

Can also run in 2 channel mode.
